Winter Awards Dinner Party
Our dinner is one of the great events of the year. In addition to a fabulous meal, we will have door prizes, raffle prizes, and fund raising auction items that include track time, 4 tires up to $1,000 (thanks to Radial Tire). The dinner will also include the presentation of the Dick Thompson Award. And, most of all, you will have a chance to enjoy a fine evening with your fellow CCA members at this major event to kick off the new year.

Walter Reed USO Corvette Show
CCA members put on a private Corvette show for the WTB and Naval Support Activity Bethesda soldiers, families, and staff. Registration fees go toward providing a free lunch for over 150 people.

High Performance Driving Events (HPDE)
- What
- For those of you interested in doing a track day, there are many events put on by many clubs in the area that are well-attended by CCA members and other local experienced HPDE drivers. Our resident CCA track expert Pat Roney (racingvette-club.org) will often be attending as an instructor as will several other prominent area instructors to help you with your driving line, braking and steering techniques, as well as getting comfortable driving around traffic at the track. - Tracks frequented include Summit Point, Virginia International Raceway (VIR), Pocono, Watkins Glen, the newly completed Dominion Raceway (north of Richmond), and others including the NCM Corvette track in Bowling Green, KY.

Board/Membership/Business Meetings
- What
- Join fellow club and board members for the monthly CCA Board and General Membership Meeting. Learn about and contribute to the operations of the CCA. Past and upcoming events are reviewed, news is discussed, and important decisions are made. This is an excellent opportunity to get to know the board members and contribute to your club so please consider attending.

Shop Nights
- What
- Join fellow club members for the monthly CCA Shop Night at Sport Chevrolet. If you want to work on your car you can use the lifts; just bring your own parts, fluids, and tools. But you don't have to work on your car - just come hang out or help a friend! Members often have dinner and a drink afterwards at a nearby restaurant.

National Corvette Museum Events
NCM Le Mans Race Weekend
- What
- The world's greatest car manufacturers will battle at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The NCM is one of just three locations outside of France that will be given commercial free, direct feed of the race. The race is shown on the 28-foot giant screen in the Chevrolet Theater, with live timing and scoring, refreshments during the entire 24 hours, private Skypes from the Corvette Racing team and door prizes.

2019 National Corvette Caravan
- What
- Often referred to as the world's largest moving automotive event, the National Corvette Caravan is a celebration of America's Sports Car, culminating in Bowling Green, Kentucky for the anniversary celebration of the National Corvette Museum. Leading the charge will be Jeffrey Duda of Hainesport, NJ, a Lifetime Member of the Museum and previous co-captain of the New Jersey 2014 and 2009 Caravans.
- When
- Hosted only once every five years, the next event is slated for Labor Day Weekend 2019 and will mark the Museum's 25th Anniversary.

- Regional caravans will form and join other caravans as they travel across the United States to meet in Bowling Green, Kentucky for four days of festivities at the National Corvette Museum.
