Online Membership Renewal Process - 10/2019
Membership Renewals
Annual CCA memberships expire on January 1, 2019 12:00 AM for anyone who joined before October 1, 2018, or expire on the anniversary of the join date for anyone who joined after October 1, 2018. Annual membership dues cover yourself and an optional second person. Renewals must be submitted online even if you intend to pay by cash or check.
Reminder E-mails
You will receive several automated renewal reminders via e-mail from membershipvette-club.org. If you do not receive these e-mails, check your spam folder, mark the message as "not spam," and add membershipvette-club.org and mailvette-club.org to your address book and/or white-list. If you would like to change your e-mail address, you can do so in the membership form while renewing, or you can e-mail webmastervette-club.org. You will continue to receive periodic reminders until you renew, opt not to renew, or your membership expires. If you submit your renewal online but do not complete payment online, you will continue to receive reminders until your payment is received.
Signing in to the Website
In order to complete your membership renewal, you must sign in to your account on the website. Do not attempt to renew by filling out a new membership application without signing in. Click here (opens in a new tab) and enter your username and password. If you do not know your username, it is listed in your renewal reminder e-mail, and it will be e-mailed to you if you reset your password. If you do not know your password, click the "reset your password" link on the sign in page, enter your e-mail address (not your username), and check your e-mail. You will receive an e-mail which includes your username along with another link to a page where you can set your new password. If you do not receive an e-mail within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Renew Your Membership
There are two parts to the renewal process that are required before your renewal is finalized: (1) reviewing and submitting your online membership form and (2) payment. It will be easiest to complete your renewal on a computer, not a mobile device.
After signing into the website as described above, you should see your profile page with your membership listed. Next to your membership is a red "Renew" button which will take you to your membership form. If you clicked on the renew link in a reminder e-mail instead of signing in using the link above, you will be taken directly to your membership form instead of your profile page. Use only these "Renew" buttons/links to renew your membership. Do not attempt to renew by filling out a new membership application via the "Membership" page on the website. Please review the information on your membership form and make any necessary changes. We ask you to complete the questionnaire section so that we know your interests and can better plan events. Fields marked with a * are required.
At the end of the form, select your preferred payment method. You have the option to pay by either "Credit Card or PayPal" or "Cash or Check". Credit card payments are processed through PayPal, but you do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card. If you do have a PayPal account, you will be automatically taken to the PayPal login page when you click the "Submit" button, but you can select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" on the login page if you would prefer to pay by credit card without logging in. The CCA does not store your payment information and all credit card and PayPal transactions are processed securely. If you successfully pay online by credit card or PayPal, your renewal will automatically be finalized and you will receive an e-mail confirmation (again, check your spam folder if you don't receive this). If you select "Cash or Check", instructions on how to pay by cash or check are provided on the confirmation page after you click the "Submit" button. In this case, your renewal will not be finalized until payment is received by the CCA. Even if you have already paid by cash or check, please sign in and update your information and the questionnaire to complete your renewal process, otherwise you may continue to receive e-mail reminders.
If you need further assistance with the website or if you cannot renew online, e-mail the Webmaster (webmastervette-club.org).
If You Do Not Wish to Renew
Each renewal reminder e-mail includes a link that you can click to indicate that you do not wish to renew your membership. You can also click on the "Do Not Renew" button next to your membership on your profile page after signing in. We ask that you complete the short and anonymous exit survey to help us improve. You will not receive any more renewal reminder e-mails, but your membership will remain active and you will continue to receive other club e-mails until your membership expiration date.
