Annual CCA memberships expire on January 1, 2018 12:00 AM. Renewal is $50 and will carry through December 31, 2018. Annual membership dues cover yourself and an optional second person. Renewals are done through the website and all members who provided the CCA with an e-mail address have an online account. There are two parts to the renewal process that are required before your renewal is finalized, (1) reviewing and submitting your online membership form and (2) a successful payment. It will be easiest to complete your renewal on a computer, not a mobile device.

If you have not renewed your membership yet, you should have received several automated e-mail reminders (from containing information the CCA currently has on record for your membership. (If you did not receive these e-mails, check your spam folder and whitelist the domain or e-mail If you know your password, click the renewal link in the e-mail to sign in and go directly to your membership form. This e-mail also contains your username for the website and a link to set/reset your password if you have never set a password or you forgot it. After following this link enter your e-mail address (not your username) and check your e-mail inbox. You should receive an e-mail which includes your username along with a link to a special page where you can set your new password. If you do not receive an e-mail within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

Once you sign in, you should see your profile page with your membership listed. Next to your membership is a red "Renew" button which when clicked will take you to your membership form. If you clicked on the renew link in the e-mail you're taken directly to the form. Please review the information on this form and make any necessary changes. We ask you to complete the questionnaire section so that we know your interests and we can better plan events. Fields marked with a * are required. At the end, select your preferred payment method. You have the option to pay by either credit card or PayPal or cash or check. The CCA does not store your payment information and all credit card or PayPal transactions are securely processed through the external PayPal website. If you select this option you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal website when you click the "Submit" button. If you successfully pay online by credit card or PayPal, your renewal will automatically be finalized and you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Instructions on how to pay by cash or check are provided on the confirmation page you see after submitting your renewal form. If you choose cash or check, your renewal will not be finalized until payment is received by the CCA. Even if you have already paid by cash or check, please sign in and update your information and the questionnaire to complete your renewal process otherwise you may continue to receive e-mail reminders.
