Join fellow club members and their guests in celebration of our club and its founders for a private lunch picnic and cruise-in at scenic Seneca Creek State Park. We have reserved a large outdoor picnic shelter, the Nuthatch Pavilion. A parking lot is located directly next to our picnic pavilion where we will take our annual club photographs (park only in the designated lined spaces, not in the grass or on the side of the driveways). This event is one of our most popular summer events, and is always a great time!
Members will enjoy fresh fajitas by Uncle Julio's. Food will include: mesquite grilled marinated steak and chicken fajitas, rice, frijoles a la charra, pico de Gallo, guacamole, flour tortillas, chips, salsa, onions and peppers. Vegetarian option available upon request. Additionally, sodas and water will be included. The event will be BYOAB, (Bring Your Own Alcoholic Beverages).
Please RSVP no later than noon on July 20th if you would like food from Uncle Julio's. The amount of food purchased will be based on the number of people registered by July 20th. If you register and can no longer attend, please cancel your registration before the 20th.
Please bring and wear your club name tags.
IMPORTANT: When you arrive at the park entrance gate, you must tell them that you are with the group in the Nuthatch Pavilion reserved under the name CCA/Nita Armstrong. Call Nita at (443) 852-1922 should you have any questions. This year, individuals are responsible for the per-person cost of admission to the park.
