The Killarney House in Davidsonville, Maryland features Irish food made from family recipes using fresh, local ingredients. In addition to the family friendly restaurant, the Killarney House also has a pub side where you can always get a perfectly poured pint of Guinness or other fine draft from their quality selection.

- Shepherd's Pie - ground sirloin, onions, peas, carrots, topped with champ potatoes
- Molly's Muscles - fresh muscles steamed with shallots, garlic lemon and white wine, finished with a chunky tomato basil cream sauce
- Medieval Beef Stew - braised beef stewed with celery, carrot, onion, topped with champ potatoes
- Irish Beef Pies (Pasties) - fresh dough filled with ground sirloin, peas, onions, carrots, served with smashed peas
- Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad - chicken served on romaine lettuce with parmesan & asiago cheeses, croutons, Caesar dressing

- Bailey's Chocolate Mousse - chocolate mousse flavored with Bailey's Irish cream, topped with whipped cream
- Traditional Bread Pudding - old fashioned bread pudding with currants served warm with Bird's vanilla custard
