Volunteers and Participants Needed!

To make these events successful we need both workers and participants. You will be able to run even if you volunteer to work, so please consider helping out the club to make these events run smoothly. Here is a list of areas where worker assistance is needed:
Saturday, June 10, 2017 - Need a couple volunteers in the AM to help set up, mark and test the course and clean up any debris. Will need volunteers to arrive by 8:00AM. Should be done by noon.
Sunday, June 11, 2017 - Registration/Scoring, Front Gate, Tech Inspection, Course setup assistance, Timing System Operation, Grid/Staging, and help with clean up. Participants should arrive by 8:00 AM to get through registration, tech and walk the course. Volunteers should arrive by 7:00 AM.

Please e-mail the Competition Director (competitionvette-club.org) if you are able to assist by specifying which days and which positions you are available to help with. Don't worry if you don't have any experience in these areas, we will teach you all you need to know. Approximately 20 volunteers are needed to make this event a success.
