This will be a meeting just for the Board of Directors and will be held either by conference call or over the internet.
The Secretary takes the minutes at every business meeting and a copy is e-mailed out with the next month's business meeting reminder. CCA members can request a copy of the meeting minutes by e-mailing webmastervette-club.org.
