Volunteers Needed
To make our autocross events successful, about 20 workers and participants from our club are needed to have the event run smoothly. If you only wish to observe or volunteer, you do not need to be registered for the event. No experience is necessary, we will teach you everything you need to know.
Here are the areas where we need help:
- Saturday, March 24, 2018 - we need 2-4 people to help setup, mark and test the course. Plan to arrive by 8:30 am and we should be done by noon.
- Sunday, March 25, 2018 - we need volunteers for setup, tech inspection, registration, worker chief, grid, start box, spectator control, and cleanup at the event conclusion. Registration opens at 8:30 AM so all worker/participants involved with setup and tech inspection should arrive by 7:30 AM.
You can sign up to volunteer for this event and future autocross events on this shared Google spreadsheet (no sign-in required) or e-mail competition@vette-club.org and specify the day and task you volunteer for. Thursday prior to the event, an e-mail will be sent out listing what position(s) everyone has volunteered to do.
