During the dinner, our 2018 Board of Directors will be introduced and the 2017 Board will be thanked for all their hard work and accomplishments. The Dick Thompson Award, which was created to promote and recognize competitive motorsports and high performance driver education activity within the club, will be presented to Patrick Roney.
Door prizes and a CCA giveaway will be available. Our annual tradition of the various raffles and silent auction will continue.
The silent auction will include a gift certificate for a Friday at the Track (FATT) at Summit Point Raceway, the CCA banner which flew at the NCM in Bowling Green, KY during 2017, and a copy of The Definitive 1963 Corvette RPO Z06 book written by CCA member Tony Avedisian of Tony's Corvette Shop.
Three different raffles will be available:
- $10 ticket for $1,000 gift certificate redeemable at Radial Tire
- 3 tickets for $5 raffle for CCA blankets, various car cleaning kits, etc.
- $1 ticket or 7 tickets for $5 for the 50/50 raffle. The proceeds from our raffles support our charities - Hospice Caring and Wells/Robertson House.
CCA's Club and Vendor Relations Director, Van Vander Haar, would like to thank the sponsors who contributed to this event. Sponsors donated many items and gift certificates for the door prizes, raffles, and silent auctions.
